Other than that, all I can think to suggest is un-installing the current driver - try using to do it. Installing version 1 after later versions won't cause any problems, but I don't think it's needed for CCC anyway. Do you have an AMD Catalyst icon in the notification area of the task bar, next to the time? If so, that can be used to access CCC (I think).Īlso, clicking on the dotnetfx files probably won't do anything if they are already installed. It's quite some time since I used Windows XP so I'm a little hazy on the details. I'm tempted to run them but don't want to mess up the NETFramework 2-4 that are installed. There's a dotnetfx folder and dotnetfx.msi and dotnetfx.exe files. I looked again at the installed directory and it's sure looks like an installed program, lots of folders and files. I have NET Framework 2-4 installed, but not 1. Looking in the START/PROGRAMS also doesn't show anything for AMD or Catalyst. Right clicking on the desktop shows nothing. ![]()
